Brazos Transit District is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors, with each member representing their respective counties.  This governance structure assures a regional perspective responsive to local needs. Board members represent each of the 20 counties served by BTD.

BOARD MEETINGS

The Board is responsible for the overall governance of BTD and meets quarterly to set strategic direction for the President/CEO and Staff, and to review projects and progress on major activities and issues.

Brazos Transit District welcomes written and oral comments from the public at meetings. This form may be used if you are planning to do either. You may use this form up until two (2) hours prior to the meeting being called to order. Alternatively, individuals may register to speak or provide written comments by calling Brazos Transit District's Office at 979-778-0607.

The Board may hold specially called or change regular scheduled meetings as needed.
